Ogilvy proposed a challenge “Sell a brick.” 

I saw an opportunity to promote water conservation by employing the simplest household hack: saving water by adding a brick to your toilet’s water tank. 

The result? A quart of water saved with each flush or (conservatively) over 365 gallons of water saved annually per household member who has the ability to use the can.

My intentions are simple, honest and outlined above… but I’m curious to know what you think.  Is Big Wet Brick simply a gratuitous use of greenwashing or can taking the effort to save as little as a quart of water a day be the first step in exploring sustainable living?
